Voyages DaHua is operated by 9562-3898 Québec inc., holder of Québec travel-agent permit 703784 issued by the Office de la protection du consommateur.
FICAV contribution
The Fonds d’indemnisation des clients des agents de voyages (FICAV) provides financial protection for eligible tourist services paid for but not received, subject to the fund’s rules. Since January 1, 2024, customers have not been required to pay the contribution. In accordance with current OPC instructions, invoices and receipts show a contribution equal to 0.10% of eligible tourist services and an equal “Remise applicable” rebate.
Taxes
The general Québec rates are GST 5% and QST 9.975%. Taxes apply only where required for the particular taxable supply. Because online booking and payment are disabled during the limited launch, no taxes are charged on this website. Any applicable amount will be disclosed by an advisor before a customer confirms and pays for a service.
Booking terms
Online booking and payment are not available during the limited public launch. Before any booking is confirmed, the customer receives the applicable price, supplier conditions, payment schedule, cancellation conditions and refund terms in writing. The terms supplied with a confirmed booking form part of that booking record.
