Booking Terms

Online booking and payment are not available during our limited public launch. Please contact an advisor for a quote or travel request.

A request does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when Voyages DaHua provides written confirmation and the customer completes the payment or deposit specified in that confirmation.

Before confirmation, the customer receives in writing:

  • the services, dates and total price;
  • the applicable supplier conditions;
  • the payment or deposit schedule;
  • the cancellation and refund conditions; and
  • any product-specific conditions.

The terms supplied with a confirmed booking form part of that booking record. For a quote or a copy of the conditions applicable to a booking, contact sales@voyagesdahua.com or support@voyagesdahua.com.
