During our limited public launch, online account registration, online booking and online payment are disabled. If you contact us by email, we use the information you provide only to answer and follow up on your request.

• Identity and contact details (name, email, telephone, billing address)
• Traveller names for the services booked
• Booking, quote, invoice, receipt and refund records
• Payment method and reference (never full card numbers)
• Communications you send us
• Authentication data (managed by our sign-in provider)

• To provide, confirm and manage your travel bookings and related services
• To produce invoices, receipts and refund confirmations
• To meet Québec travel-agency, tax and trust-accounting obligations
• To communicate with you about your bookings
• To secure our systems and prevent fraud

We use trusted service providers who may process personal information on our behalf, including:

• Supabase, for database, authentication and private file storage
• Vercel, for application hosting and deployment
• Resend, if transactional email delivery is enabled
• Travel suppliers, where necessary to prepare or provide a service requested by you

We disclose personal information only as needed to provide a requested travel service, operate our systems, meet legal obligations or protect against fraud. We do not sell personal information.

Some technology providers may process or store information outside Québec, including in the United States. Information handled in another jurisdiction may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws. Voyages DaHua considers the sensitivity, purpose, destination and contractual safeguards before such a transfer.

We use role-based access controls, encrypted network connections, multi-factor authentication for staff-sensitive access, logging and private document storage. Access is limited to people who need the information for their work.

Financial, tax and travel-agency records are retained for the periods required by applicable law. Other personal information is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, then securely destroyed or anonymized in accordance with our retention schedule.

You may request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent where applicable, and request computerized information in a structured, commonly used technological format where the law provides that right. Contact the person responsible below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal information, you may contact the person responsible below, and you may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

We maintain a process to assess and, where the law requires, notify affected individuals and the Commission d’accès à l’information of confidentiality incidents, and we keep a register of such incidents.
